In the hearth of terroir, these austere Medieval towers look out over the Follador family vineyards.
The grapes of this Cru, the crown jewel of the Superiore category, come from family-owned vineyards situated in the "Torri di Credazzo" area from which the wine takes its name. The long charmat method offers a consistent quality able to please even the fussiest of palates. Bright straw yellow in colour with lime green reflections. A find bead, elegant on the nose with hints of apple, peach and rose petals. Perfect as an aperitif and with fish and shellfish first courses.
