The grapes for this magnificent Cabernet Sauvignon come from vineyards situated on the Montello, an area renowned for high-quality red wines thanks to the composition of the area'.s typical red soil. The bunches are harvested by hand and left to wither for around 20 days. This is followed by the classic "on-the-skins". vinification and a subsequent maceration for approx. 15 days. This is then followed by the fermentation, the wine is then aged in French barriques for a period of 18 months before a final 12 months in the bottle. A rich bouquet with notes of bilberry, black cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant jams, vanilla, tobacco, cocoa and coffee. Slightly spicy with a final balsamic note. Perfect with red meats, game, blue and mature cheeses, excellent with dark chocolate.

The 750 ml bottle comes in an elegant cardboard case customised with the Ca' dei Noni logo.
