These are the sparkling wines that have for time immemorial been native to this land. They are mainly produced with grapes coming from vineyards lying in the lowlands within the Prosecco area. Cold maceration is followed by secondary fermentation in autoclave tanks for approx. 60 days to produce crisp, fragrant wines suitable for all social occasions.
